Large-scale continuous edible oil refining equipment

Main equipment: centrifuge,decolorization tower,deodorization tower,blade filter,four-stage steam jet pump,water jet pump

Process  flow: 

The  crude  oil is filtered through the crude oil filter to remove impurities,and then sent  to the heater for preheating,then enter the mixer and add phosphoric acid to mix,then enter the acid   refining and mixing tank to react,

then enter the mixer and mix with the alkaline liquid,and stay in the   alkali refining retention tankAfter the soap feet are separated by a centrifuge,

the oil is heated by a plate   heat exchanger and then  pumped  into  the  centrifugal  mixer.After  adding  the  lye to  mix,it  enters  the   refining and mixing tank.After saponification,it enters thedish centrifuge to separate the soap feet.The   washing  machine  is  mixed  with  hot  water,and  then  enters  the  dehydration   butterfly  centrifuge  to    separate  the  residual   soap   and  water.

The   alkali  refining oil  is  dried  by   a  vacuum   dryer  and  heated  by  a  plate  heat exchanger into a continuous decolorizationtower.Thewhite clay  is added for decolorization.   The decolorized oil is pumped into the blade filter After the machine filters,it is sent to the safety filter for filtration.The  decolorized  oil  is  pumped  into  the  gas  separator  to  remove  the  air,enters  the  heat    exchanger and exchanges heat with the deodorized oil,and then enters the heat conduction oil heater   for  heating  and  enters  the  deodorizing  tower.Thedeodorized  oil  is  drawn  from  the  bottom  and  pumped   into the heatexchanger to exchange heat withtheoil to be deodorized.After cooling,therefined oilis obtained.
