Conditions of use

1.The ambient airtemperature is not higher than 40℃and not lower than-5℃,The average temperature is not  higher than 35℃ within 24 hours.

2.For indoor installation,the altitude ofthe used site shall not exceed 2000m.

3.The ambient RH shall not exceed 50%at a maximum temperature of 40℃,allowing for higher relative humidity at  lower temperature.

4.The inclination of the equipment with the vertical plane is not more than 5%when it is installed.

5.The equipment shall be installed in the working situation without violent vibration and striking,as well as a place where electrical components are corroded.

6.Customers may negotiate with the manufacturer for special requirements.

Installation and use

After arriving at the receiving place,the product should first check whether the package is intact.If the problem is  found,the relevant departments should be informed in time to find out the cause,and the products that are not installed  immediately should be stored in an appropriate place according to the normal conditions of use.

Product installation

The installation of the productshall be carried out according to the installation schematic,and the base channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user.When the main busbar is installed,the lap surface should be repaired and leveled,treated clean,coated with neutral vaseline or taken other measures,and then fastened with bolts.

After installing,the product should be inspected and tested before operation:

1.Check whether the cabinet topcoat has fallen off,whether the cabinet is dry and clean.

2.Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible,there should be no jam or excessive operating force phenomenon.

3.Whether the variation ratio and polarity of instrument indication and transformer are accurate.

4.Whether the auxiliary contacts meet the requirements,whether the fuse core specification is correct,whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements,and whether the action is accurate.

5.Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic.

6.Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.

7.The insulation resistance shall not be less than 1megohm with a 500V.
