Description

Product introduction

Type  SC(B)series  epoxy  resin  cast  dry-type  transformers,can  be  used  as  the  upgrading  of  products  of  oil immersed distribution transformers,all kinds of dry-type transformers in the best performance products,especially for   urban  power  grids,high-rise  buildings,businesscenters,theaters,hospitals,hotels,tunnels,subway  stations,wharves, airports,underground power station,laboratory,combined and otherimportant place.

Product features


Our company products the SC(B)series power transformersfor domestic early coil around the injection licensed   product  model  certificate  of  low-noise  low-loss  resin  dry-type  transformers.Due  to  the  advanced  design,quality  materials,scientific   formulas,rigorous   process   and   high   standards   of   testing,the   product   has   the   following   characteristics:

1.The high voltage winding of copper wire,low voltage winding woundof copper wire or copper foi,glass fiber mat  is  filled  with  wrapping,vacuum  packing  of  the  epoxy  used  without  casting,curing  to  form  a  solid  cylindrical  overall,mechanical high strength,partial discharge of small,high reliability.

2.Antiflaming,anti-explosion   will    not   pollute    the   environment.Glass    fibre   Coil    winding   coil    such   with  self-extinguishing properties,and will ot produce electric arc for short-circuit,does not producetoxic or harmful gases  in high temperature condition.

3.The coil does not absorb moisture,core clamps have a special corrosion protection layer,100%relative humidity  and other harsh environment.Interrupt driving need not remove tide treatment.

4.Short circuit resistant and high level of lightning impulse.

5.The resin inside and outside the coil is thin,heat dispersion is good.Cooling air is used air cool in nature(AN).For  any  degree  of  protection  transformer,equip  with  air-cooled  system(AF),in  order  to  improve  overload  capacity  of  short-term,and ensure safe operation.

6.Lower consumption,energy-saving.Running for a savings,can be maintenance-free

7.Small volume,light weight,small area,lower installation costs,not need to consider oil tank,fire protection and  backup  power,stand-by  UPS.

8.Because there was no fire and explosion danger,installed in the load center can be distributed and fully close to the power point,thus reducing the line low cost and save the expensive facilities costs.

Shell protection device

Shell is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy.Protection  grade can  reach  IP20  and  IP23.IP20  housing  can  prevent  solid  foreign objects of diameter more than 12mm enter into and protect  the transformer safely.IP23 housing can prevent the vertical drop of  less than  60°of flow,suits for outdoor operation.

Note:IP23 housing can make the transformer cool,small capacity is decreased by about 5%,high-capacity is decreased by about 10%.

Temperature control and temperature display

Temperature control system is composed of temperaturecontroller and PTC thermometerelement of lower voltage winding in the hottest point.Realize tocontrol and measure thetemperature of transformer.lfthe operationis failure for overload or transformer winding temperature is too high,the temperature controler will send an alarmingsignal.When the temperatureexceeds the value of their own safety trip.Forced air coolingby the temperature controler  is accordingto the winding temperaturewhich is decided by input or switch coolingfan.

Direct indicationof temperaturedisplay system during the operationof the transformerwinding hot spot  temperature,and temperature controlsystem can be used in conjunction.

Temperature control and temperature display system canbe installed in a certaindistance away fromthe main transformer,thelength of temperature component is:
