Non-sealed H grade three phase dry power transformer is characterized by a safe,reliable,energy saving,fire,explosion,does not produce harmful gases,no pollution,easy maintenance with advanced design,reasonable structure and good appearance and so on.The main performance indicators are better than national standards,have maintained throughout the lifetime of excellent electrical performance and mechanical properties.ldeal for high fire safety requirements,load fluctuations,and dirty wet environment,such as high-rise buildings,airports,railway stations,docks,subways,hospitals,powerplants,metallurgical industry,shopping centers,densely populated areas and the petrochemical industry,nuclear power plants,nuclear submarines and other places.
Product features
High and low voltage winding insulation materials is used Nomex®and many times by VPl vacuum pressure impregnation equipment,advanced agent-free varnish,external high-intensity H-class insulation sealand high tem- perature curing,operating conditions to ensure that no local discharges.
Transformer winding mechanical strength,thermal conditions are good (high and low voltage coils are used above 200℃ in long-term use of Nomex烟insulation)of the continuous structure,to avoid the multi-layer cylindrical coil voltage is high,poor heat dissipation,easy to thermal breakdown and the shortcomings of low mechanical strength,thereby improving product reliability.
