Process characteristics:
1.Both fresh and frozen meatcan be broken.
2.Three-dimensional three-dimensional heating with three-in,three-out heating oil,fast
heating,fast cooking under vacuum,energy saving and emission reduction.
3.The oil residue mixed liquid is automatically discharged and automatically separated,safe and fast,and theseparation isthorough.
4.The oil storage tank is continuously stirred,the fine impurities willnot sink to the bottom,
and the automatic slag discharge and filtration will filter the solid impurities and press the
second time.
5.The special spiraloil press puts out the residual oil to get pancakes,which is beneficial to the processing of meat powder.
6.Comes with deodorization system,no smell inside and outside the workshop,in line with environmental protection requirements.
7.Closed vacuum smelting to avoid the increase of peroxide value,the fastest smelting speed in the industry,light oil color,high oil residue protein content and good color.
