KYN61-40.5  steel-clad  movable-type  AC metal-enclosed  switchgear  panel(hereinafter  referred  to as  switchgear)is indoor whole set of power distribution unit of three-phase AC50 Hz,nominal voltage of 40.5KV.Asa power plant,transformer substation,receiving and distributing electrical energy by industialand mining enterprises,the circuit plays the functions of control,protection and detection,but also can be used in frequent operation of the site

This switchgear meets the standard of GB/T3906、GB/T1984 and GB/T1985.

Main features

1.The cabinetstructure adopts the assemblytype,the breaker adopts the handcartfloor type structure;

2.A  new  type composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker  is  used,and  it  has  the  characteristics of  good  interchangeability and simple replacement;

3.The hand frame is equipped with a wire nut propulsion mechanism,whichcan easily move the hand car and preventthe misoperationfrom damaging the propulsion structure;

4.All operationscan be carried out under closedcabinet doors;

5.The chain betweenthe main switch,handcartand cabinet door of the switch adopt the compulsory mechanical   locking mode to meet the function of five-prevention;

6.The electric chargeroom has plenty of space to connect multiple cables;

7.The high speed grounding switch is used togrounding and short circuit;

8.The enclosure protectionclass is IP3X.theIP Grade is IP2X when thedoor of thehandcart is open

Operating environment condition

1.Environment temperature:the upper limit is 40℃,and the average measured within 24 h does not exceed 35℃,  and  the  lower  limit  is-10℃ .

2.Altitude:the  altitude  is  notabove  1000m.

3.Relative temperature:the daily average does not exceed 95%and the monthly average doesnot exceed 90%.   4.Seismic intensity:is not more than 8 degrees.

5.Steam pressure:the daily average does not exceed 2.2 KPa,the monthly average does not exceed 1.8 KPa.

6.Ambient  environment:the  places  that  without  fire,explosion  hazards,serious  filth,chemical  corrosion  and  violent vibration.
