KYN28A—12 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear)is a new product designed and developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced manufacturing technology at  home  and  abroad,can  replace  a  variety  of  old  metal-enclosed  switchgear,such  as  KYN1-12,JYN2-12  and  other products,it has the following distinct advantages:

The outer shell of the product is completely assembled with bolts and has high mechanical strength,which effec-tively ensures the neatness and beauty of the product,the door is spray-coated and has strong impact and corrosion  resistance.The product enclosure has an IP4X rating of protection (can be changed to iron plate according tocustomer  needs).

The switch of this product can be equipped with VB4 vacuum circuit breaker produced by ABB Company,C3   series fixed load switch,and also can be equipped with a variety of domestic series vacuum circuit breakers (such as  VS1,VH1,VK,ZN28)to replace foreign similar products.No matter which circuit breaker is selected,the bare conductor air insulation distance can be guaranteed to be greater than 125mm,and the composite insulation is greater than 60mm. Its circuit breakers have the unique advantages of long life,low maintenance and small size.

Normal use condition

Ambient air temperature:upper limit+40℃,lower limit-10℃;

Relative temperature:the daily average is not more than 95%,and the monthly average is not more than 90%;

Altitude:≤1000m(When it is>1000m,the temperature rise needs to be corrected);

Earthquake intensity:no more than 8 degrees;

No fire,explosion hazard,serious contamination,chemical corrosion and severe vibration.When the conditions of   use exceed the above range,the user and our company shall negotiate to determine the allowable range and technical measures.
